Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain/Production Planning professional to partner with the sales team on revenue delivery and client fulfillment. You will deepen relationships, implement case management, and ensure service value across multiple client tiers.

The role requires 3–5 years in planning or related areas, plus ERP/MRP proficiency. A safe, collaborative environment and opportunities to contribute to forecasting are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or related areas.
• Experience in semiconductor or fast-paced manufacturing preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

• Partner with sales/AM to focus on revenue delivery and client fulfillment.
• Broaden and deepen client relationships with accountability for tactical horizons.
• Define and implement case management to record service value and leverage SLAs.
• Provide knowledge database to scale service across client tiering.

• Defines and implements case management best practices toto record service value and leverage SLAs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.
• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems
