Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a Facilities Operations professional responsible for plant operations across its Fabs. You will lead M&E activities, coordinate with FMS staff, and ensure timely issue response and escalation, while optimizing manpower and logistics.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Controls or Chemical Engineering, at least 3 years' experience with M&E or UPW systems, and hands-on troubleshooting.

• 3+ years of work experience on M&E or UPW systems.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for Facility plant operations for respective Fabs
• To lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with all FMS staff and ensure that issues/complaints are attended and responded timely.
• Respective Fab FMS staff shall update on any issues faced by them for any guidance or manpower/logistics requirements during the shift.
• To ensure optimum usage of manpower, logistic/resources for respective Fabs
• To ensure incident escalation procedures are followed up correctly.
• To escape Fab impact incidents to Facilities key personnel.
• And also to help respective Fab FMS on incident investigation.
• To highlight and represent all Fab operational issues in daily pass down meeting and follow-up the issues with respective System Engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree course ( Mechanical / Electrical & Controls / Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years of work experience on M & E or UPW system
• Hands‑on working skills on M&E or UPW system e.g. troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Team Player
• Positive attitude and desire to learn
