Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a dedicated engineer to provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations. You will help run and optimize manufacturing activities to meet daily targets and ensure efficient use of equipment.

The role focuses on supporting automated assembly tools, collaborating with process and industrial engineers, and driving improvements in cycle time, throughput, and quality. A safety-conscious approach and adherence to EH&S standards are expected.

Job Descriptions

Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations.

• Provides oversight and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals - Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout - Shipment Plan
• Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes
• Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints, and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling
• Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements

Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
