Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Good understanding of manufacturing principles, equipment interaction, and process discipline within a semiconductor fab environment.
• Familiar with standard engineering and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., data analysis, root cause analysis, SPC).
• Can work effectively as part of manufacturing, operations, or module teams to support day-to-day production and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good communication skills to work with various stakeholders on the fab floor.

Job Description

Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations.

• Provides oversight and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals - Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout - Shipment Plan
• Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes. Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling
• Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Work and collaborate other projects and or assignments as needed.
