PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a data-driven Operations KPI Specialist in East Singapore.

You will own KPI reporting, definitions, and dashboards, steering data-driven improvements across the logistics operations. The role emphasizes automating workflows and partnering with IT and clients to implement enhancements. The ideal candidate has a background in logistics or analytics, hands-on skills with R and Python, RPA and low-code apps, and strong visualization capabilities to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with R programming and Python.
• Experience with RPA and low-code platforms (PowerApps/PowerAutomate).
• Proficient in dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong Excel/Office suite skills including VBA and Access.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards for assigned Operations.
• Understand KPI definitions, targets, frequency, and data sources.
• Identify KPI issues and trigger corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Drive digitalisation by designing and implementing automation/workflow platforms.
• Construct value stream maps and analyse data trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and customers on parameter changes and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• The keeper of all Key Performance Indicators or KPIs, scorecard reporting related to the assigned Operations.
• Understand the objective of each parameter, definition, target, calculation, frequency, source, retrieval method.
• Highlight issues of failing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trigger correction action with relevant function.
• Initiate and adopt digitalization opportunities through designing, developing and implementing applications and workflow platforms for automation.
• Construct value stream mapping and analyse data trends to identify improvement areas, streamline and follow through to implementation.
• Work with internal IT and customer on changes, improvement, clarification of existing and new parameters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics and/or Engineering, preferably with at least two years of working experience.
• Hands on experiences in R programming, Python, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Low-code apps (PowerApps/PowerAutomate) and visualization tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA) and Analytical tools (e.g. R-programming, Python).
• Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Good knowledge in latest automation technologies and implementation. (e.g. RPA, PowerApps, Machine Learning).
• Good knowledge in lean six sigma methodology, process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas.
• Strong presentation skills and able to articulate, communicate and present to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.
