Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an analytical Operations Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist to support performance, process improvement and digitalisation across East Singapore.

The role focuses on KPI reporting, data analytics and hands-on automation to drive efficiency. You will develop dashboards, analyse trends, and identify root causes while collaborating with Operations and IT. Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, KPI reporting, operations improvement or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or R and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA or similar automation tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping or Value Stream Mapping is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
