Job summary

The role emphasizes understanding parameter objectives, definitions, targets, frequencies, data sources and retrieval methods. The ideal candidate has a degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Data Analytics or Engineering and at least two years of relevant experience, with hands-on skills in R, Python, RPA, low-code tools, and dashboarding using Power

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Candidate should understand KPI definitions, targets, calculations, frequencies and data sources.
• Experience with dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPIs and KPI scorecards for assigned Operations.
• Prepare dashboards and regular reports to support decision making.
• Define data sources, calculations, frequencies, and retrieval methods for KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Job description

We are currenlty hiring for Business Analyst operations excellence who will be keeper of all Key performance Indicators or KPIs, scorecard reporting related to the assigned Operations.

Who will understand the objective of each parameter, definition, target, calculation, frequency, source, retrieval method.

Some one who has is a Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics and/or Engineering, preferably with at least two years of working experience.

• Hands on experiences in R programming, Python, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Low-code apps (PowerApps/Power Automate) and visualization tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA) and Analytical tools (e.g. R-programming, Python).
• Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Good knowledge in latest automation technologies and implementation. (e.g. RPA, PowerApps, Machine Learning).
• Good knowledge in lean six sigma methodology, process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas.
