Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an analytics and process-improvement professional to support KPI performance and drive digital solution development. You will interpret KPI logic, monitor trends, and partner with IT, Quality, and Operations to embed improvements.

Responsibilities include prototyping digital solutions using low-code tools, automating workflows, and leading testing, training, and change management to ensure sustained benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in business analytics, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Python, VBA, low-code solutions (PowerApps/Power Automate) and visualization tools (PowerBI).
• Lean Six Sigma or Business Analytics qualification is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork mindset, and high learning agility.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• Self-driven, resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

This role supports operational performance improvement, drives digital solution development, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. It requires strong analytical skills, solution design capability, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

A. KPI Performance Support

• Support Operations teams in interpreting KPI logic, definitions, and performance drivers.
• Monitor KPI trends, identify performance shortfalls, and support root cause analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations that help operations sustain KPI performance.

B. Digital Solution Development & Technology Enablement

• Identify opportunities to digitalize or automate operational processes.
• Design, develop, and prototype digital solutions using low-code tools, automation platforms, or programming languages.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Operations, and Corporate Tool teams to ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Lead solution testing, deployment, user training, and change management.
• Track post-implementation performance and refine solutions as needed.
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and data studies to identify inefficiencies.
• Propose practical and innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce waste, and eliminate manual work.
• Lead or support project implementation, ensuring solutions are embedded and sustained.

Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, VBA).
• Hands-on experience with analytical and programming tools such as Python or R.
• Strong capability in developing and using dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to generate insights and drive improvement.
• Good understanding of automation and digital technologies (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, Machine Learning concepts).
• Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process mapping, and value stream mapping.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Creative, structured problem-solving skills with ability to propose practical and innovative solutions.
• Proactive in contributing ideas, sharing best practices, and driving team performance.

Experience and Qualification
