Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks an Associate Executive / Senior Associate Executive to help plan and coordinate clinical postings for medical, nursing, pharmacy and allied health students. You will work with educators, healthcare professionals and academic partners to ensure a meaningful clinical learning experience.

You will gain exposure to healthcare education, programme management, and event coordination while developing transferable skills for the sector and beyond.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues, students and stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative, with a customer-service mindset when supporting students and stakeholders.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical postings and teaching activities by coordinating schedules, venues, materials and other logistical arrangements.
• Partner with Posting In-Charges (ICs), healthcare professionals and academic institutions to ensure the smooth delivery of clinical education activities.
• Enhance the student’s learning experience by collecting student feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support examinations and assessments by coordinating venues, preparing materials and providing operational support on examination days.
• Gain valuable exposure to healthcare education, programme management, stakeholder engagement and event coordination, while developing skills that are transferable across the healthcare sector and beyond

Join the Pre-Professional Education Office (PPEO) and play a key role in shaping the learning journey of future healthcare professionals. As an Associate Executive / Senior Associate Executive, you will support the planning and coordination of clinical postings for students in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Allied Health at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). Working closely with educators, healthcare professionals and academic institutions, you will help ensure students have a positive and meaningful clinical learning experience.

What You Will Do
