Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital's Pre-Professional Education Office (PPEO) seeks an Associate Executive/Senior Associate Executive to oversee clinical teaching for undergraduate students in Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy and Allied Health. The role involves close collaboration with education leaders to manage various aspects of pre-professional clinical education.

Diploma holders with at least 2 years' experience (healthcare preferred) are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma and at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Proficient with using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and deliver results to meet timelines.
• Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fresh Diploma graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Professional Education Programme: coordnating and preparing logistics for clinical postings and teaching activities, including managing student numbers, assessment forms and databases, ensuring smooth execution of clinical postings.
• Service Quality Improvement: collect feedback from students and implement quality improvement projects; support feedback sessions, track feedback and optimise work processes.
• Test and Examinations: facilitate national school examinations with logistics arrangements, venue reservations and support to schools during tests and exams.
