Job summary

METALL-TREAT INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking a Production Operator for our West Region facility in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on performing production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations to meet daily schedules.

The ideal candidate may have prior production experience or be eager to learn. Reading and writing in English is essential, and suitability includes adaptability to a hot, humid industrial environment with strict safety

Qualifications

Experience in production roles within manufacturing is preferred.
No prior experience required, training will be provided.
Must read/write in English and have a positive attitude.
Comfortable in hot and humid industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Perform chemical and spray painting processes.
Carry out routine checks and maintenance on equipment/plant to ensure optimal performance.
Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet targets.
Record production data including outputs, downtime, and incidents.
Assist with loading/unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety rules.
Attend training sessions to enhance process knowledge.
