Job summary

ST Engineering’s Aerospace Services segment seeks an experienced spray painter to perform precision painting and coating on aircraft surfaces at our Singapore facilities. You will prepare surfaces, inspect finishes, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include mentoring junior painters, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven spray painting experience in aerospace or similar technical environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior painters.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise spray painting and coating applications on aircraft surfaces, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Inspect surfaces for defects and carry out corrective actions to meet standards.
• Coordinate painting schedules with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior spray painters on techniques, safety, and quality.
