Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for a role based in Singapore to assist in planning, coordinating and implementing various sports activities. The incumbent will collaborate with Organising Committees, Sports Associations, venues and officials to ensure smooth event execution.

The candidate will manage competition schedules, provide logistical and administrative support, and assist with procurement and payment matters.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Sports Management, Sports Science, or related field is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of working experience in sports event management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of the different sports activities.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders (Organising Committees, Sports Associations, Venues, Officials).
• Results management and manage competition schedule.
• Provide logistical and administrative support.
• Assist in procurement and payment matters.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Education
