Job summary

Sport Singapore is seeking a capable Programme Administrator for a 12-month full-time contract to support venue bookings, coach deployment, and partnerships development across school sport programmes. You will coordinate with sports centres and coaches, assist in hiring, assessment, procurement, and monthly timesheets.

You will also help maintain the programme registration system and contribute to Season Finales and outreach events.

Qualifications

Experience in sport development or project management is advantageous.
Strong written and oral English communication with stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office, email communications and internet research.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while being a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with sports centres and booking office to facilitate venue usage.
Liaise with head coaches for assessment, programme planning, logistics support, deployment of assistant coaches
Liaise with private vendors/NSAs (e.g. Singapore Gymnastics) for the SSP partnerships and LTP gymnastics programmes
Assist in the overall process and documentation of hiring, assessment, and procurement
Managing the monthly timesheets (verification, payment) for all coaches and payment
Support the administrative tasks for the programme registration system
Contribute to the planning of Season Finales and outreach events
