Job summary

Football Association of Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive (Matchday Operations & Logistics) to provide operational support across matchday delivery, venue logistics, security coordination, apparel operations and inventory management.

Working with the Operations team, the executive will help ensure events and competitions are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high operational standard, with hands-on exposure to major football events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience in sports operations, event management, logistics, venue operations or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across teams with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of matchday delivery, including venue logistics and security coordination.
• Coordinate operational requirements with internal departments, stadium operators and external stakeholders.
• Assist with apparel operations, inventory management and stock control.
