Job summary

Football Association of Singapore is seeking an Executive, Commercial to ensure sponsorship agreements are fulfilled and to support revenue growth from new deals. You will report to the Director, Commercial and help secure revenue from sponsorships for football developments.

The role focuses on business development, partner management, and delivering activation deliverables across SPL, WPL and national matches, with some travel on match days.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sales or commercial roles within the sports industry (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong negotiation and relationship management required with stakeholder communications skills.
• Proficiency in proposal writing and budget tracking; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and identify new business opportunities and develop plans and proposals to meet sponsorship objectives.
• Engage external stakeholders and build long-term partnerships and collaborations.
