Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking a results-driven Specification/Sales professional in Singapore to promote our access control products across targeted projects and verticals. You will collaborate with architects and developers, prepare tender documents, and ensure accurate specifications in proposals.

Your presentations and seminars will engage key stakeholders and help grow the project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Business Marketing/Engineering or equivalent.
• Connection with architects and developers, good knowledge, and experience on architectural hardware will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote dormakaba’s products and solutions to all stakeholders in a targeted project and verticals.
• Specify dormakaba’s brand name, products, and solutions in tender documents.
• Ensure correct solutions and specification are written in our specification documents/proposal.
• Conduct seminars, showroom visit and presentations to important stakeholders for targeted projects & verticals in access control industry.
• Establish and sustain key accounts management approach by penetrating targeted verticals and customers.
• Play an integral part in specification supporting sales team generating lucrative sales pipeline.
• Assist Specification Manager in all specification implementation plans & activities.
• Work closely with specification schedulers, sales, project management and operation teams to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
• Keep track and update on projects using Salesforce.
• Monthly updates on project follow up
• All other preparation works for specification submission
