Job summary

Rigel Technology (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records for the CS Store. You will monitor buffer stock, record Goods In/Out, and prepare daily spare parts for technicians, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

The role requires basic English communication, familiarity with Excel, and the ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and support cross-department coordination with Logistics, Purchasing, and QC

Qualifications

• Good memory and strong attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Willing to perform hands-on store and warehouse duties, including arranging and moving spare parts.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions and SOPs.
• Prior experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or administrative work will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for the CS Store.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain buffer stock for CS team usage and urgent service requests.
• Record and track all Goods In / Goods Out transactions accurately.
• Prepare and arrange daily spare parts for technicians based on service schedules.
• Maintain housekeeping and organisation of CS pallets and CS Store area.
• Document inventory movements and service-related records.
