Job summary

CAPITAL DISTRIBUTORS (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Spare Parts Department. You will maintain records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with technicians and contractors using SAP and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, inventory, warehouse, logistics or spare parts.
• Experience using SAP & Salesforce preferred.
• Strong MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of spare parts receipts, issues, returns and withdrawals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Receive, unpack, inspect and store materials and spare parts.
• Check and store spare parts and accessories in their correct locations.
• Report damaged items and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and records.
• Issue and receive spare parts and accessories to/from technicians and contractors through SAP & Salesforce.
• Perform routine stock checks and cycle inventory counts.
• Assist with inventory data entry and maintenance in SAP.
• Assist with raising purchase orders when instructed by the Manager.
• Liaise with DHL regarding shipment of spare parts.
• Pack defective parts/products for return to factories.
• Raise and monitor goods exchange transactions.
• Maintain the inventory/warehouse area in a safe, clean and organised condition.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
