Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Captain/Supervisor for Spanish cuisine in Singapore, based at Guoco Tower (Tanjong Pagar) / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar. You will greet guests, take orders, and oversee service to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience. Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,300 plus OT, depending on captain or supervisor level.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
