Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Crew/Supervisor for Spanish cuisine at Guoco Tower, Singapore.

The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, serving, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will communicate orders to the kitchen, know the menu well, and handle cash/card transactions. Work is 44 hours weekly (5.5 days, or 5 days if not busy) with salary of SGD 2,800–3,000 plus OT.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure proper delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Clear dirty dishes, clean and reset tables, and keep the dining area tidy and organized.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
