Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled cook to join a busy kitchen in Paya Lebar. You will prepare Spanish dishes, supervise junior staff, manage inventory, and help develop a current and appealing menu.

Expect a 5-day work week from 10am to 9pm with a two-hour break, and compensation including salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,200, OT, AWS, incentives and a bonus.

Qualifications

• Spanish cuisine experience preferred.
• Nitec/Diploma in Culinary required.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring quality.
• Kitchen Supervision: Oversee and coordinate junior kitchen staff, ensuring procedures and cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage inventory for freshness and availability.
• Menu Development: Assist in creating new dishes and updating the menu to stay current.
• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and service.
