Job summary

PEOPLEBANK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior / CAD Support Drafter on a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role combines AutoCAD drafting, on-site validation, and space data collection to support facilities and space management initiatives.

You will perform on-site measurements, update floor plans, coordinate with external CAD drafters, and verify room and equipment layouts. Travel to different sites in Singapore will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CAD drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing updates and markups.
• Experience with space/floor plan drawings is preferred.
• Able to read floor plans and locate equipment layouts.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site validation and measurements to verify space usage.
• Review floor plans and identify discrepancies with site conditions.
• Update CAD drawings and markups based on findings.
• Maintain accurate floor plans and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with external CAD drafters/vendors on amendments.
• Collect and verify room, space and equipment data from stakeholders.
• Consolidate space data and support project documentation.
