SPALAND SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites a motivated spa therapist to join our team. You will provide a range of spa treatments and ensure a premium guest experience across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, managing equipment and stock, and assisting with front-desk duties as needed. No experience? We welcome learners who are passionate about service and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Provide high quality spa service at every stage of the guest experience.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the spa at all times.
• Willing to work 5–6 days per week including Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.

• Deliver spa treatments such as body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times.
• Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory.
• Acknowledge and respond to customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Assist in all reception duties as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services
• Able to work 5 to 6 days per week including no rest days on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times
• Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required
• Passionate and diligence at work
• Willing to learn even with no experience
