Job summary

ASPEN SPACE PTE. LTD. is seeking a spa associate to provide high-quality customer service and perform a range of spa treatments in a busy environment.

You will deliver massages and related therapies, maintain a clean and organized spa, and assist with reception duties when needed. No experience required, with training provided. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience.
• Deliver spa treatments including massage, reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping.
• Work 5–6 days per week including weekends and public holidays.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the spa.
• Maintain equipment and stock inventory.
• Acknowledge and respond to customer queries and needs.
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills.
• Assist in reception duties as required.
• Show passion and diligence at work.
• Willing to learn even with no experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience
• Deliver a variety of spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services
• Able to work 5 to 6 days per week including no rest days on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times
• Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required
• Passionate and diligence at work
• Willing to learn even with no experience
