• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient running, including scheduling, facility management, and health and safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and manage spa staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and manage the spa's budget, monitoring expenditures and implementing plans to increase profitability.
• Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including social media, packages, and partnerships.
• Manage spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory; maintain stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop long-term goals and strategies, identify growth opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
• Create efficient staff schedules to meet customer demand.

• Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
• Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
• Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
• Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
• Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
• Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene
• Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand
