Job summary

King Leisure Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Beautician/Facial and Body Therapist for a full-time position at our Singapore spa.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of spa experience and holds CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/NITEC in beauty and wellness. You will deliver massages and therapies, maintain guest records, and advise guests on suitable treatments. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking guests.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• 3+ years of experience as Beautician/ Facial and body therapist in a spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Maintain detailed records of massages and treatments for each guest.
• Communicate with guests to adjust massage techniques as required.
• Resolve guest complaints and report accidents to supervisor.
• Explain treatments to guests and provide suitable recommendations.
• Ensure spa is stocked with supplies and report shortages.
• Check guests' medical conditions and allergies before services.
• Work on weekends and public holidays.
• Start work at short notice.

• Performing different types of massages,beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Maintaining detailed records of massages,treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
• Communicating with guests during massagesto adjust massage techniques as required.
• Resolving guest complaints and reportingany accidents to the supervisor.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas,changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipmentbefore each use.
• Explaining massages, treatments, andtherapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
• Ensuring that the spa is adequatelystocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
• Enquiring about guests' medicalconditions and allergies before providing spa services.
• Able to work at the weekend and public holiday
• Full-Time/Permanent Position.
• Candidate must possess at least aPrimary/Secondary School/"N" or "O" Level, ProfessionalCertificate such as CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC / NITEC in beauty and wellness orrelevant certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of working as Beautician/ Facial and body therapist is an established spa.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (in orderto liaise with the Mandarin speaking patients).
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
• Good service-oriented approach andinitiative.
• Willing to work on weekends and publicholidays
