Job summary

Pine-Top PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide body and foot treatments with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should be customer-oriented, capable of multitasking in a spa setting, and prepared to obtain necessary certifications within 6 months if not already held. Weekend/public holiday work and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa customer service is preferred or a strong customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to obtain required spa certification if not already held within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
• Uphold high customer service standards of the Spa.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations as set by the Spa.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
• To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
• In the delivery of the Spa’s treatments, to ensure conformance to the highest health and safety regulations, and to the additional hygiene standards set by the Spa.
• To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.

Requirements

• Preferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification or other recognized massage certification. Successful candidates without will be required to obtain the appropriate certification within 6 months of employment.
• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
• Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Able to effectively communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for successful candidates without prior experience.
• Employment subject to approval to work as a Spa Therapist by the SPF.
