Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, spa, gallery, retail or guest service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive and willing attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at the Spa and Gallery areas in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide information on spa treatments, facilities, gallery exhibits and resort offerings.
• Assist with guest enquiries and direct guests to the appropriate team members when required.
• Support the preparation, cleanliness and overall presentation of the Spa and Gallery areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms, public areas and guest-facing spaces are maintained according to resort standards.
• Assist with basic admin and operational duties, including bookings, guest information and daily checklists.
• Support the team during peak periods, special events and resort activities.
• Monitor and replenish amenities, supplies and retail items where required.
• Maintain a high level of guest service and respond appropriately to guest requests.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
