Job summary

Mandai Resorts PTE. LTD. is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant/ Supervisor to join the team at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The role ensures the resort maintains the exceptional standards of cleanliness expected of the brand.

Responsibilities include supervising a housekeeping team, overseeing cleaning in public spaces, managing supplies, and ensuring strict safety compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and, where necessary, undertake cleaning and maintenance of public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, common spaces).
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and guidelines, including internal resort policies and statutory regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies; work with the team to ensure adequate stock and minimize wastage.
• Supervise, guide and mentor a team of housekeeping staff.
