Job summary

Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree is seeking a friendly Casual Spa & Gallery Attendant to support day-to-day Spa and Gallery operations and create a warm guest experience. The role involves guiding guests, providing information on treatments and exhibits, and ensuring spaces meet resort standards.

You will assist with bookings, guest inquiries, and daily checklists, while supporting events and peak periods in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, spa, gallery, retail or guest service is an asset.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable working weekends, public holidays and shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at the Spa and Gallery areas in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide information on spa treatments, facilities, gallery exhibits and resort offerings.
• Assist with guest enquiries and direct guests to the appropriate team members when required.
• Support the preparation, cleanliness and overall presentation of the Spa and Gallery areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms, public areas and guest-facing spaces are maintained according to resort standards.
• Assist with basic administrative and operational duties, including bookings, guest information and daily checklists.
• Support the team during peak periods, special events and resort activities.
• Monitor and replenish amenities, supplies and retail items where required.
• Maintain a high level of guest service and respond appropriately to guest requests.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented Casual Spa & Gallery Attendant to join our team. You will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our Spa and Gallery areas while creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
