Job summary

TTE Elephant is seeking a friendly Receptionist in Singapore to manage front desk operations, greet guests, and coordinate appointments for massage and facial services, ensuring the TTE ELEPHANT spirit from the moment guests walk in. Locations include Westgate/Jurong and Marina Bay Link Mall/Downtown areas.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, upselling spa packages, processing payments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist/front desk experience in spa/beauty/hotel preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and well-groomed.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Basic math for cashiering and memberships.
• Comfortable with booking systems / Google Calendar / POS (training provided).
• Good English; Chinese a plus for diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check in guests for head spa, massage, and facial appointments.
• Provide information on services, packages, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, online booking) professionally.
• Ensure guest comfort in the waiting area (refreshments, intake forms).
• Manage appointment bookings using spa software/system.
• Coordinate with therapists to avoid double-booking or overloading schedules.
• Process payments (cash, card, vouchers, memberships).
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area.
• Introduce and upsell spa packages, massage services add-ons, and package plans.
• Answer calls and reply to messages promptly.
