Job summary

SAYLES RETAIL PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Spa Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will provide professional consultations on facial and body treatments, recommend suitable packages, and promote spa services to customers.

The role involves handling bookings, following up with clients, and achieving personal sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Weekend and public holiday work may be required as rostered.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, spa, wellness or retail sales is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand beauty and wellness needs.
• Provide professional consultations on facial and body treatments.
• Recommend suitable treatments and packages based on customers' needs.
• Introduce and promote spa services, treatments and packages.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist with appointment bookings and customer enquiries.
• Work with therapists to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to outlet performance.
• Perform other duties related to spa operations when required.
