Job summary

MINH KHANG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring high standards of customer service and treatment quality.

You will supervise staff, schedule rosters, monitor performance, guide therapists, handle bookings and day-to-day workflow, and contribute to sales and promotions.

A background in spa, beauty or wellness, prior supervision, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in the spa, beauty or wellness industry.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
• Responsible, organised and able to handle daily operational issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and service procedures.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster.

• Management with sales targets, promotions and customer retention.
• Prepare basic operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Perform treatments or assist therapists when operationally required.
• Handle other duties related to the day-to-day operation of the shop.
