• Knowledge of beauty trends, skincare therapies, and hair removal techniques.
• Plus: CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC or WSQ certificates.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue performance.
• Coach, motivate, and monitor the sales performance of the team.
• Upsell and cross-sell spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
• Manage daily outlet operations, maintain hygiene and presentation.
• Implement promotions and loyalty programs to grow revenue and retention.
• Maintain staffing schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
