Job summary

With 3+ years in beauty or salon leadership, you will promote packages and memberships, monitor KPIs, and maintain high service standards while upholding grooming and presentation expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in beauty or salon industry with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beauty trends, skincare therapies, and hair removal techniques.

Responsibilities

• Sales & revenue: achieve monthly targets and coach team to drive sales of treatments, packages, and retail.
• Team management: supervise and motivate therapists and front desk staff, monitor KPI performance.
• Customer experience: ensure high service standards, handle feedback and build VIP relationships.
• Operations: oversee daily outlet operations, maintain cleanliness and inventory, ensure equipment is maintained.
• Marketing & development: support campaigns, promote memberships, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
