SPACIO TCM WELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee multiple beauty spa outlets and collaborate with branch managers to implement strategic plans.

You will monitor sales, drive performance, and ensure timely communication of company priorities to enable branch teams to deliver a premium brand experience. The candidate should have at least 2 years in beauty/spa retail operations, strong leadership, and a passion for sales and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in beauty/spa retail and sales operations management.
• Experience managing fast-paced retail outlets.
• Passion for sales, people and processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple outlets and work with branch managers on short/long-term plans aligned to company strategy.
• Regularly monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.
• Communicate company strategy and priorities to branch managers in a timely manner.
• Lead and develop outlet teams to deliver exceptional brand experience.
• Manage finances to ensure profitability within budget.
• Ensure SOP compliance and proper merchandising.
• Train and guide new branch managers.
• Analyze market for expansion opportunities and handle ad-hoc tasks.
