Job summary
IBEAUTY WELLNESS & TCM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead client services and drive personal sales targets within our beauty wellness salon.
You will report directly to the Director and ensure quality treatments, hygiene, and smooth operations. You will build strong customer relationships, follow up after treatments, assist with skin analyses, and handle retail hours including weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in the beauty wellness industry
- Possess a recognised professional beauty certification is preferable
- Passionate and self-motivated
- Well-groomed with positive attitude
- Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
- Attractive package will be offered (including basic salary, commission and incentives)
Responsibilities
- To achieve personal sales target
- Deliver and provide Quality Services
- Build up relationship with customers at all times
- To follow up with customers after their treatment
- To fulfil the cleanliness standards of respective room whenever assigned.
- Responsible for upkeep/handling of the machinery of the salon equipment
- Follow all treatment procedure & necessary guidelines
- Perform professional comprehensive skin analysis advice and reply queries to customers
- To assist in making cold-calls to customer
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
