Job summary

UNIVERZ HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a driven professional to develop and expand the foam materials market across Southeast Asia, collaborating with universities and research institutions to drive joint R&D and technology transfer.

You will engage with local brands, manufacturers and trading companies, represent the company at international exhibitions, and manage customer relationships to hit development targets.

Qualifications

• Business development experience in foam materials.
• Strong networks with research institutions and universities.
• Good knowledge of the Southeast Asian market.
• Based in Singapore or Japan; able to travel across Southeast Asia.
• Diploma or above in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; cross-cultural and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the foam materials market in Southeast Asia.
• Develop cooperation networks with overseas universities and research institutions.
• Engage with local brands, manufacturers and trading companies.
