Job summary

Timeo-Performance Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive ASEAN growth for a European pump manufacturer. Based in Singapore, you will lead field sales across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, building deep customer relationships and translating strategy into territory action.

You will collaborate with our Europe HQ, engage OEMs and distributors, manage quotes, and shape market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Business Administration with mechanical/hydraulic design experience is acceptable.
• Formal commercial and account management training is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in sales, technical, or engineering within pumps or adjacent markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer strategies aligned with regional business plans.
• Retain existing accounts and secure new business across ASEAN.
• Promote product lines to OEMs and distributors.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate commercial agreements with HQ guidance.
• Provide technical engagement and liaise with presales engineering.
• Report on sales activity, forecasts, and territory performance.
