Job summary

MY SCENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Sourcing & Procurement Executive to support sourcing of materials, packaging, and finished products while ensuring cost efficiency and reliable supplier partnerships.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers across China and Southeast Asia, evaluating quotations, and maintaining records in a fast-paced luxury perfumery setting. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in procurement or supply chain, Mandarin proficiency for supplier coordination, and a

• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers (China experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for supplier coordination.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, packaging, and finished goods (e.g. bottles, boxes, components).
• Identify and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas (mainly China and Southeast Asia).
• Request quotations, compare pricing, and support negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet design and quality requirements.
• Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up on production.
• Maintain supplier database, documentation, and purchase records.
• Support basic quality checks and resolve supplier issues when needed.
