Job summary

Maison 21G, a luxury-lifestyle fragrance brand, seeks a hands-on Sourcing & Procurement Executive in Singapore to support sourcing of materials, packaging, and finished goods while ensuring cost efficiency and reliable supplier partnerships.

You will liaise with overseas suppliers (China/SEA), request quotations, negotiate, and coordinate with design and quality teams to meet product standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers (China experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for supplier coordination.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, packaging, and finished goods (e.g. bottles, boxes, components).
• Identify and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas (mainly China and Southeast Asia).
• Request quotations, compare pricing, and support negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet design and quality requirements.
• Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up on production.
• Maintain supplier database, documentation, and purchase records.
• Support basic quality checks and resolve supplier issues when needed.
