Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Outsourcing) seeks a technically minded sales engineer to collaborate with Engineering Consultants and the Commercial Team, driving fixed system solutions in Singapore.

The role involves delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to external engineers and end users, with a focus on expanding market share and ensuring regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 1 year in the construction industry.
• Diploma with 3 years relevant experience also considered.
• Ability to work independently and with commercial teams and headquarter functions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to convey value clearly.
• Strong commercial mindset and intercultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate the value of product solutions to increase market share in key projects.
• Provide sales and after-sales support, including design calculations, demos, and training.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to architects, consultants and contractors.
• Manage the process of obtaining local approvals for selling products in Singapore (e.g., HDB, SCDF).
• Coordinate with head office to ensure system implementation and update standards/materials.
