Job summary

Adecco Singapore is seeking an Engineer to drive product specifications with Engineering Consultants and collaborate with the Commercial Team to advance fixing system solutions. You will deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training for external engineers and end users.

The role includes developing engineered design solutions, conducting installation demonstrations, and coordinating with head office to implement systems and manage local approvals for Singapore projects (e.g.,

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 1 year of work experience in construction.
• Prior experience in structural design and/or construction site supervision is a plus.
• Contribute to strategic direction, work independently or with the commercial team.
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences and clearly conveying product value.
• Strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and a high standard of ethics.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate the value of product solutions to customers to increase market share.
• Provide sales and after-sales support including design calculations, demonstrations and training.
• Develop technical presentations for architects, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with head office to ensure system implementation and update standards.
• Manage local approvals required for selling products in Singapore projects (e.g., HDB, SCDF).
