Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer in Singapore to consult face-to-face on quality control, reliability, and R&D applications. You will receive targeted product training and travel to customer sites to drive solutions and growth.

You will visit manufacturers in a defined territory, learn the products, and build relationships through a proactive sales process. Excellent communication and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in Business or Engineering.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Able to learn technical products quickly.
• Interest in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Attend product and application training at Singapore Head Office (3–6 months). Training is paid.
• Develop understanding of products and applications via classes, seminars, and on‑the‑job training.
• Provide technical consultation to help solve customers' applications using company products.
• Respond promptly to customer requests.
• Secure new customers consistently and efficiently.
• Travel to customer locations three days per week to sell products/services.
• Coordinate account strategy and contribute to territory plan.
• Implement new product-launch strategies.
• Deliver growth in market share within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate off-site seminars and trade shows as needed.
