Job summary

You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and mentor junior engineers while driving continuous improvement and governance across government-facing infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into infrastructure designs.
• Forecast and manage budgets to support projects and maintenance contracts.
• Design, deploy, and configure infrastructure solutions meeting security and availability needs.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery and support of infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with government agencies and service teams on nationwide projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for planning, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Prepare design specs, system architecture, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and cybersecurity governance checks.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
