Guardsquare is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Singapore to support customers across APAC and collaborate on global opportunities. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and helping customers maximize value from Guardsquare's mobile security solutions.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Support to guide onboarding, deliver demos, and act as a trusted advisor.

Competenze

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales or similar customer-facing technical role with a SaaS or Software Product company.
• Strong coding and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Android and/or iOS application development.
• Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and mobile build processes.
• An interest in mobile application security and cybersecurity concepts.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Support the Sales team during sales processes, demo’s, customer meetings, events and Proof of Concepts.
• Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes.
• Help customers optimize their product setup and configuration to maximize value from our solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Assist with technical support and configuration-related questions in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Provide valuable feedback from customers and prospects back to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in mobile security, reverse engineering, and application protection technologies.
• Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones.
