Job description

Guardsquare is a mobile application security company protecting applications against reverse engineering and tampering. This Solutions Engineer role supports customers and prospects across the APAC region, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to help organizations understand how Guardsquare's solutions fit into their mobile security strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales team during sales processes, demos, customer meetings, events and proof of concepts
• Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, assisting with technical support and configuration questions
• Provide feedback from customers and prospects to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Stay current with developments in mobile security, reverse engineering, and application protection technologies
• Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones

What You Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Experience in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales or similar customer-facing technical role with a SaaS or Software Product company
• Strong coding and technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments
• Familiarity with Android and/or iOS application development
• Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and mobile build processes
• Interest in mobile application security and cybersecurity concepts
• Ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency
• Legal authorization to work in Singapore at the time of application

Nice to Have

• Experience within cybersecurity or application security
• Familiarity with Guardsquare products (ProGuard, DexGuard, iXGuard)
• Experience with reverse engineering and commonly used tooling
• Experience working with enterprise customers in banking, FSI, or fintech industries
• Additional language skills in Mandarin/Chinese and/or Malay
