Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our APJ team, shaping how customers design and deploy next-generation communications experiences powered by Twilio's platform. You will blend technical depth with executive relationship skills to influence decisions at C-levels and translate business needs into scalable architectures.

Based remotely in APAC, you will lead discovery, design high-level architectures, deliver compelling demos, and support sales with RFP responses.

Qualifications

Cloud computing, cPaaS, and AI understanding.
Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal and consensus-building abilities.
Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Discovery & Scoping: Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and core value drivers.
Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into high-level future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for audiences ranging from front-line staff to C-level executives.
Sales Support: Address technical objections, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and partner closely with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures.
