Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Singapore to support customers by identifying needs and offering standard and bespoke solutions and services. You will collaborate with sales, service, product management and technical teams to ensure proposals meet specifications and quality requirements.

You will handle inquiries, build strong client relationships, manage quotations and maintain up-to-date sales pipelines using Salesforce.com while coordinating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or relevant engineering studies.
• Project management, team leadership and facilitation skills.
• Independent worker with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of import/export regulation, SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.
• Strong customer satisfaction focus and ability to engage with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for clients, answering queries and providing technical info.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service and product teams to address needs.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations; manage opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
• Demonstrate cost reductions and operational improvements of solutions.
• Coordinate with regional teams on market intelligence and strategy.
• Attend training to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
